JOIN AN HCC COMMITTEE!
The following are HCC committees that meet monthly:
Identify ongoing and future expansion project opportunities at DEN. The goal to connect DEN with HCC construction entrepreneurs and learn how to do business with DEN and its network.
Contractor Education Committee
Develops and facilitates classes and workshops for Contractor Academy, the education entity of HCC. The prime focus is to provide training and education to small businesses in construction and their employees.
Plans HCC monthly dinner meetings and other fun social events, like bowling, wine tasting, and Topgolf.
Reviews and provides guidance regarding membership retention and growth and oversees membership development campaigns.
In conjunction with the Black Construction Group (BCG), this committee focuses on creating opportunities for diverse businesses to participate on public transportation projects.
The following HCC committees meet on an as-needed basis to plan their respective events:
Plans the annual awards banquet, which takes place at the beginning of the year and draws about 500 attendees.
Plans the Spring Golf Tournament taking place in early June, and the Fall Golf Tournament, taking place in mid September.
